Happy New Year and Happy New Decade. Hope you had a Cool Yule? We’ve all been busy with the festive break celebration and the build team have been on a well deserved firebreak since the 20th.

All systems should be back to go next week when the groundswork team start casting the basement wall. Before that, they need to put the shutters in place that the concrete will be poured into.

Once this is completed, they will start the preparation for the transfer of the slab to cover the basement. Once the slab is done, that will be the end of the construction of the substructure of Dianthus. We will then move to the superstructure which is mostly SIP timberframe and some steel frames.
