Hope you’re all staying safe wherever you are. I’ve not updated the blog for a few weeks as we’ve been busy with home-schooling post lockdown for Covid-19.
In the period since I updated the blog, the groundwork is now complete. The transfer slab for the pavilion has been poured and completed. The french drains around the perimeter of the property has also been installed and made operational. The water tank slab has also been installed to the side of the building.
We’ve also filled in all excavations and the hard standing have being put in place to support the steel frames that will support the superstructure when the SIP panels goes up.
In the meantime, the basement access has been boarded up for now to prevent water ingress whilst we’re in furlough mode with the build.
As far as the lockdown is concerned, we’re going to watch as the story evolves around Covid-19 and await further instructions from the government. I’ve got some recent photos below
When we come back from the lockdown, the scaffolding will begin to go up for installing the SIP panels and steel frames. Stay Safe all.
